Due to differences in sale effective dates and times across the United States of America, items may be available online at the sale price before they are available in stores. Industry conditions and competitive market pressures may cause prices and availability to change without further notice. The Ranch Construction Materials reserves the right not to price match between online and in-store prices, since they are not in competition with each other at any time.

PAYMENT METHODS

The Ranch Construction Materials accepts payment with all major credit cards through Authorize.net. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e., the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file for you) when you place an order online. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

PURCHASE ORDERS

The Ranch Construction Materials will make every attempt to ship all items contained in a purchase order at the same time. Items that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for items contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted on your purchase receipt unless otherwise stated.

The Ranch Construction Materials will ship your items as they become available. Usually, your order will be processed the same day if it is placed by 3:00 PM (EST), or by the next business day if it is received after that time or on a Saturday, Sunday, or major holiday. However, there may be times when an item you have ordered is out of stock, which may delay fulfillment of your order. The Ranch Construction Materials will keep you informed of any items you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not mean that The Ranch Construction Materials or theranchfencesupply.com has accepted your order, nor does it signify confirmation of our offer to sell the item(s). Your order shall be deemed accepted only when The Ranch Construction Materials sends a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided.

The Ranch Construction Materials reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to limit quantities; reject, correct, cancel, or refuse orders; and terminate accounts at its discretion, including, without limitation, if The Ranch Construction Materials believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to The Ranch Construction Materials or any Third Parties.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email your request to the Customer Care Centre at cso@theranchmaterials.com. However, emails may not be processed in sufficient time to effect a change to an order during high-volume periods.

ITEM WARRANTY

All items sold by The Ranch Construction Materials are fully covered by the manufacturer’s original warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended periods of time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired at a reasonable rate, and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

RETURN POLICY

The Ranch Construction Materials will gladly accept the return of items with manufacturing and/or workmanship defects within 7 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment shortages, discrepancies, or items damaged during shipment will also be accepted for return within 7 days from the date of purchase. Special Order and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. No RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES are accepted. A 50% restocking fee will be applied if you wish to return a non-defective item.

The Ranch Construction Materials reserves the right to request valid identification before accepting merchandise for return and to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

SHIPPING POLICY

Generally, The Ranch Construction Materials requires 24–48 hours to process and ship your order from our warehouse. Once the order leaves our warehouse, shipment times may vary based on the shipping address and other factors that may be beyond our control.

The Ranch Construction Materials cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time provided should be considered an estimate only. The Ranch Construction Materials encourages you to order in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or item availability.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

The Ranch Construction Materials cannot guarantee that all content on the theranchfencesupply.com website is 100% accurate or complete, including price information, item images, descriptions, and specifications. All sizes quoted are approximate. Some items shown may require assembly.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in pricing information received from suppliers, The Ranch Construction Materials shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the item at the incorrect price. The Ranch Construction Materials shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Ranch Construction Materials shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

Additionally, although great care is taken in the production of the theranchfencesupply.com website, typographical, illustrative, or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time, and the corrected price will apply to your order.
